ArganCare.org is announcing a new initiative. The main purpose of their new project is to preserve precious herbs and medicinal plants that are rapidly diminishing in the Argan Forest area. School children will be involved in the project and will learn about the plants and their uses. The first to benefit from this project is the community of Aglagal, an Argan producing community located in the Souss-Massa region. A 200-square-meter garden is currently being prepared and planting will begin as soon as the weather permits in the spring.
Many amongst us will continue to put self-care on the back burner and will likely face burnout.Create a self-care plan and set aside time for the activities you enjoy. Engage in your favorite physical activities and be sure to indulge in deep breathing or meditation. Take short breaks off of work at regular intervals. A short walk or a breathing break will not only give your body and mind a break, but they will also help you become more efficient at what you do.
Skin aging is a fact of life. We can choose to deny it, revolt against it, bargain with it, go into depression over it, or ultimately reach acceptance of it. We can however come up with a plan to manage skin aging and mitigate its effects.
