Corporels’ Online orders are shipped on business days (Monday - Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders shipped via Standard Service are processed and shipped in 1 - 2 business days, depending on product availability.

Most 2nd day and Overnight orders placed by 9:30 AM ET will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. Orders received after 10:30 AM ET will be processed the following business day. Simply use the tracking number provided to track your package online with the shipping service you have selected.

Please Note: The dates provided are estimates provided by the shipping services and are subject to change and do not apply to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO or U.S. Territories.

Hawaii, Alaska, APO / FPO locations, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico

All orders are processed in the same manner. However, Overnight and 2nd Day Priority shipping methods are not available for U.S. Territories and certain locations in Alaska and Hawaii. Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes and APO / FPO addresses must be sent via the United States Postal Service.

replacement or refund for any goods delivered to a forwarding company. If you choose to use a forwarding company, we recommend requesting the forwarder refuse any packages that arrive damaged. If a package is lost or damaged after being received by the freight forwarder, it is the responsibility of the freight forwarder.
